Privacy & cookies
This notice explains what happens to personal data when you visit windofbliss.com. The short version: this site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking, sets no cookies of its own, and does not ask you to sign up for anything. The only third-party content is the Spotify player on the Playlist page.

What this site collects
Server logs
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages automatically records technical information with each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to identify or profile visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering it.
Cookies
windofbliss.com sets no cookies and uses no similar storage. The fonts and images are served from this site itself, so no third party is contacted while you browse, except on the Playlist page described below.
Spotify player and links to streaming services
The Playlist page shows a Spotify player, embedded from Spotify. When you open that page, your browser connects to Spotify, which receives your IP address and browser information and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. No other page loads anything from Spotify.
Buttons such as “Spotify”, “Apple Music” or “YouTube” are ordinary links. Nothing is shared with those services until you follow a link; after that, their own privacy policies apply. We do not track which links you click.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. In Italy, that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If the site starts using new services (analytics, a newsletter or a contact form, for example), this notice will be updated before they go live.
